Sideways and almost too dark to see.. but this was Hartleys "da da" babble early yesterday morning....

Harltey was very EAGER to wish his da-da a happy FIRST fathers day!

• Hartley had worked hard weeks prior to fathers day posing with letters to make a collage that read "we love u daddy"

• Hartley started the day by taking Da-da breakfast in bed.. we were out of eggs, so Hartley slaved away in the kitchen preparing- a bagel, cottage cheese and a tomato (mommas arch enemy, so it was very thoughtful of Hartley to put it on his plate and slice it up)

• We then drove to downtown Wylie, TX and had lunch at Taste of Wylie, yummm -  www.tasteofhomewylie.com
• Ironic fact: While babbling, Hartley said "Ma-ma" for the first time on fathers day
• The rest of the day was spent poolside...perfect day if you asked me.

June 12,2011 seems like the perfect day to begin a blog all about Hartley. Hartley's 8 month bday and the day the Dallas Mavericks won the NBA championship!
